Thankfully, we are not talking about nausea-inducing Barbie pink or the bubble gum shade of Pepto Bismol. Rather, Honeysuckle has a bit more of a red hue that I think most of us will love in small doses, and some will cherish as a full-blown glowing tribute to that cheerful, feminine shade.
Brandon Barre photographed the white, urban chic sitting room (right) with splashes of pink accessories that add interest and panache to a subdued scheme.
But, you must know that the French daybed (below) is what really captures my heart. Same color story here with a predominately white-washed room as a blank canvas, but with a lighter dusting of the pink hue. Photo via Set to a Tea.
I love how the antique and vintage chairs below reflect this year's pink with such daring devotion. Just look at how modern fabrics bring a new interpretation to classic lines. Images from Style Estate (left) and Homes and Property (right).
Ready to jump in with both feet? Why not build a entire room around Honeysuckle Pink like clothing designer Betsey Johnson has in her house shown below. Johnson's passion for pink is evident in her digs that were featured in Elle Decoration UK.
Unlike my fear of fairies popping out of Betsey's place above, I would have no qualms about saying the words 'zen' and 'pink' when describing the bedrooms below. Here, the color is spot on.
There is no mistaking the glamour below. Did someone channel the spirit of Coco?

The Zen/Pink bedroom is A+! Add a cup of raspberry hot tea, stargazer lilies and a cozy book and I would never leave that room.
